ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• All accessories, manuals, and original invoice must be included.

• The item must not be physically damaged due to customer misuse.

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products

• Products damaged due to improper handling

• Items marked as final sale

• Personal hygiene products once opened

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.


Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Xyberon reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
